After the successful re-launch of the DKNY men's brand at Pitti Uomo, Donald was asked to present creative solutions that would allow DKNY to maintain its edge in an ever-changing market. Taking into consideration an internal exploration into employee touch points, Donald applied new top-to-bottom thinking to areas such as training tools and internal communications.
